You can email your order to us via our contact form, but be sure to include item numbers and the product description, as well as wood type and stain. We will contact you upon receipt of your email for your credit card information - please do not email that information. Payment Methods Available

There is a 6% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Michigan.

Terms

50% deposit is due with any order For cherry ,maple ,walnut ,hickory ,special stains or one of a kind items a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable before delivery or at the time of pick up.

When a customer is contacted that their order is complete they will have 30days from date of notification of completion of order to take delivery (shipping charges will be invoiced separately from products invoice at this time) or pick up their order or after the 30 days there will a storage fee applied at Apple Ridge Amish Furniture's discretion.

In the event of an order cancellation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited to Apple Ridge Amish Furniture.

In the event of an order cancellation , 50% of the original purchase price of the product plus all credit and debit card transaction fees charged to Apple Ridge Amish Furniture shall be payable by the customer to Apple Ridge Amish Furniture. In addition , Apple Ridge Amish Furniture shall be entitled to damages in an amount equal to the difference between the subsequent selling price of the product and the cost of the product to Apple Ridge Amish Furniture. Apple Ridge Amish Furniture may sell the canceled product in any commercially reasonable manner and for any commercially reasonable price. All sums due Apple Ridge Amish Furniture under this cancellation policy may be retained from any deposit. Any refunds under this cancellation policy shall be reduced by any credit or debit card transaction fees charged to Apple Ridge Amish Furniture to credit the credit or debit card account.

Guarantee

Each piece of furniture we offer is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Should a defect within one year of purchase appear simply return the item to us and we will repair it at no charge (shipping or freight charges excluded). Before returning, please call or email us with an explanation of the problem. Sometimes we may ask for you to provide us with digital pictures. Depending on the defect we may either have a qualified technician come to your home, or at their facilities, or replace the item at our discretion. Normal wear and use is not covered by this warranty.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise at the customer's expense. Refunded amount will not include freight charges. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged in shipping we will, at our option, have the item repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Special orders and special stains are NON-RETURNABLE.

Delivery Time

Each piece of furniture we provide is handcrafted, and built from scratch. This process does take time, so giving an accurate completion date for your furniture is quite difficult. Your furniture will take around 3 to 10 weeks to complete and deliver, but because we work with so many different Amish craftsmen, your order may be completed in less time than that.

We quote on average 8-14 weeks for out-of-state customers for delivery time because this is the maximum amount of time your order will take to be built and shipped. Once you place your order we take the responsibility to track each piece individually. You will be notified via email each time there is a status change to your order. You can also track the development of your order via your customer account page. When your order is ready to ship, our tracking specialist will contact you to help coordinate your delivery with our shipping company.

Remember, we strive for perfection and not speed and it may take a little time but the lifetime of enjoyment you’ll receive from your furniture will be definitely worth the wait.

Color/Stain Variations

Apple Ridge Amish Furniture is not responsible for variations in wood color, pits, sap, and wood grain. Wood is a natural product created by nature, characteristics will not allow for a perfectly uniform product.
